A: The features offered vary with the software selected for the payment terminals. If you opt for standalone software, you will receive all the basic required features, such as accepting all major credit cards, EMV chips, PIN debit, and contactless transactions. However, if you choose the iPOSpays powered payment terminals, you will gain access to the most advanced value-added features, such as integration with QuickBooks, tip adjustment even after batch out, etc.
Q: Does the P3 have a printer attached to it?
A: Yes, the P3 is equipped with a high-speed thermal printer.
Q: How can I ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry regulations when using payment terminals?
A: All Dejavoo terminals are PCI-DSS compliant, irrespective of the software chosen. Therefore, customers need not worry about compliance.
Q: What should I do if my payment terminal is not working?
